This shift is a required development if real, positive change for the individual and for society are to be achieved. It is not unlike the personal quest many people embark on in order to ‘find oneself’. Ultimately, in developing our theory of change, we have taken the time to carefully consider how our participants currently see themselves in the world vs how they want to see themselves in the world.

The project removes the reliance on traditional employment and instead focuses on giving offenders the knowledge, understanding and skills they require by aiming their passions and interests towards employment.
